These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Glowwlife MPL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to register or purchase products. By registering you confirm that the information you provide (including name, mobile number, PAN and address) is true, accurate and complete.
We are engaged in the direct selling of health, wellness and merchandise products. Membership enables you to purchase products for personal use and to participate in our referral and income plan. Income is not guaranteed and depends entirely on individual effort, product sales and team performance. Mere registration does not entitle any member to any income.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged as per prevailing law and is shown at the time of purchase. The final payable amount displayed at checkout is the amount that will be charged.
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. By making a payment you agree to the terms of the relevant payment gateway in addition to these Terms.
Members shall not make false or misleading claims about products or potential earnings, shall not use the Company name for unauthorised promotions, and shall comply with all applicable laws including the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. The Company may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics and product information — is the property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
